During his professional career spanning over 20 years, he noticed a plethora of accounting, reporting, compliance and tax issues unique to middle market privately businesses and therefore the need to form an advisory firm to unlock value for these companies through accounting, reporting and tax resolution excellence.
Patrick is passionate about the small business sector and is a volunteer at the SCORE chapter of Fairfield, Connecticut where he provides business counselling and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners. Patrick also volunteers at the US Tax Court calendar call and provides pro bono tax representation through Taxpayers Assistance Corporation, the public service division of Agostino & Associates and pro bono tax preparation through Volunteer Income Tax Assistance.
